The primary aim of the Husaini Tuition Centre is to provide an extra impetus to our community students striving to achieve better grades in their secular education.

Qualified and experienced tutors are engaged to teach on Saturdays between 2pm and 6:30pm during school terms. We are pleased to note that students who have attended these classes in the previous academic years have done very well in their summer examinations. Our strength is derived from this and from the continued support of parents and students. Feedback from them is encouraged and taken into account when devising future policies on how these classes are conducted and the choice of teaching materials used.
There is always a very heavy demand for these classes. Currently we have 80 students on the register being taught by 15 tutors (8 tutors from within the community), and we run over 25 tutorial sessions each Saturday. The numbers are limited to 4/5 students per class (4 for ‘A’ Level classes) in order to maintain the near-individual level of tuition.

Subjects currently being conducted are:

Year 9 (KS3)
English, Maths and Science (SATs)
GCSE Years 10 & 11 (KS4)
English, Maths and Science
'A' Level – 1st & 2nd Year
Maths, Chemistry, Biology & Physics

Parents are advised to enrol their children early to avoid disappointment. Registration is normally conducted on the first Saturday in September for the new academic year. For further information, please contact the Administrator on email in the first instance and failing that please get in touch on the phone.

We are also looking for able Administrators who could spare some time to help out at the Centre with many
tasks typical to running an educational institution.

Any qualified teacher who would like to teach at the Husaini Tuition Centre should get in touch with the Education Adviser. Our rates of pay are reasonable. We would like to place the names of potential teachers on our database to help us plan for the future.
