• If you deliberately damage the device or do not return it when asked to do so, Hujjat may ask you to pay for the replacement of the device at a cost of £39.99 + VAT
• This is a loan service and the device will be recalled by Hujjat so it can be re-purposed for the benefit of other patients
• This is an emergency response specific to the global COVID-19 pandemic and no contractual arrangement exists between Hujjat and yourself. HOMS is doing our best to provide safe care that benefits you. We will do our best to not expose you to unnecessary risk and will escalate your care early to reduce avoidable risk.
