Happiness and its true meaning has often been discussed with a secular lens. There are endless books, podcasts, life coaches who tell you what happiness is, and how to find it.

Looking at it from a religious perspective, should ‘happiness’ really be the goal? How much should we prioritise it? And is it worth going after if it costs you other things?
