Finding the Calm within the Storm (TODAY 4PM) [Inspirational Minds Inspi-hour]

The Inspirational Minds Mental Health team will be exploring the anxiety and worries that come with Coronavirus and lockdown. We will explore the connection between the mind and the body, share simple techniques to manage our thoughts, and explore different approaches to being present in the moment through Dua, as well as breathing exercises and strategies for children.

This week’s ‘Keep Fit’ segment will showcase some exercises that can be done at home, a smoothy to help with your mood and a special iSOULation contribution.
